Blanka’s unusual movement is most useful when it leads into a situation you can repeat. Electric Thunder gives a practical knockdown starting point, while Blanka-chan Bomb and Lightning Beast expand the setup game later. Begin with ordinary-state offense so the resource-heavy sequences have a stable foundation.
Convert a nearby light or crouching medium punch opening into Electric Thunder when you want its follow-up situation. Use the listed movement afterward to threaten a strike or walking throw. Add a bomb sequence only from a knockdown that supports it, and keep Lightning Beast practice separate.
Compare its situation-focused finish with the Rolling Attack damage choice in the combo guide.
Learn where this movement leaves you after the listed knockdown or throw. Moving close does not mean a throw automatically reaches.
Start with one placement sequence and its activation. Track the resource instead of treating the doll as an always-available follow-up.
Practice the listed light-kick and crouching-light-punch route into heavy Electric Thunder from both sides.
Follow the Thunder finish with the guide’s movement, then test a strike and walking throw against a guarding dummy.
Reproduce one bomb route in normal state. Reset before practicing its Lightning Beast alternative so the conditions remain clear.

Blanka’s Electric Thunder enders, Blanka-chan Bomb setups, and SA2 Rolling Cannon sequences are separate practice tasks.
Doll-assisted wake-up pressure is a key strength.
Check the limited reach of his fastest light attacks before relying on them.
Start with standing LK into crouching LP and heavy Electric Thunder. Next, add crouching MP Drive Rush routes and advancing pressure after Electric Thunder.
Distinguish the route that places a doll from the situation that activates it with OD Electric Thunder. Check the setup on screen before attempting doll-dependent pressure.
