Alex connects a grounded hit to a Knee Smash finish or a Breaker Stance decision. Power Bomb is part of that close-range threat, but the stance branches and strike routes need to work alongside it. Learn one knockdown and one stance entry before trying to cover every option.
Seek a grounded confirm into a practiced Knee Smash route, then use the matching close decision. Treat the medium Flash Axe stance sequence as a second learning task: choose a strike branch or Tactical Hop deliberately, and check the landing distance before threatening Power Bomb.
Learn its combo-finisher role from the light route first, keeping the OD and other listed knockdowns separate.
Practice the command at the distance produced by your chosen setup rather than testing it only from point-blank neutral.
Start with the documented Flash Axe entry and distinguish Slash Elbow from Tactical Hop before adding more branches.
Repeat the guide’s light-attack route into heavy Knee Smash, then identify the resulting screen position.
From the listed OD Knee Smash knockdown, practice dash into Power Bomb, a strike and guarding against a recorded reversal.
Use the medium Flash Axe setup and intentionally alternate Slash Elbow with Tactical Hop. Check the landing before adding a grab.
Adapted from SF6 Lab’s Japanese character notes and combo / setplay guides. The practice routes use Classic inputs; consult the linked guides for full conditions and current numerical data.
Light conversions into heavy Aerial Knee Smash offer notable reward.
Execution errors are a concern; practise stance routes separately from basic routes.
Start with crouching LK into crouching LP and light Flash Axe, plus standing LP into heavy Aerial Knee Smash. Practise the dash after OD Aerial Knee Smash separately.
Check distance before choosing a throw and consult the Power Bomb comparison. Practise strikes, throws, and waiting separately at close range; add longer stance routes later.
These practice notes follow the published guide and combo material. Check the combo page for route conditions and the frame table for move values.
